Comments:  In the spring of this year when I knew that I would have considerable work to bring my rental unit to a condition that would be desirable to a responsible tenants, I called Pam Yokoyama at 4 Seasons. Ms Yokoyama has done several projects for me in the past. I was impressed with her promptness in responding, her ability to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time, her employees who are skilled and respectful and with her reasonable rates.

The job of bringing the unit to an attractive state was BIG. The bathroom was gutted, new vanity, sink, toilet, etc.; the kitchen was rehabbed with new counter tops, dishwasher installed where there had been none, cabinets refurbished; all rooms painted, with a wonderful discovery by 4 Seasons staff that under the sheet vinyl there was hardwood oak floor. All hardwood floors were sanded throughout. The sunroom floor needed to be completely replaced because of the damage done by the cats the previous tenant hoarded. To say the least it was an enormous job.

The job was done efficiently, beautifully with consideration for my budget.

There are a couple things that I really appreciate about Ms Yokoyama and those are: she has a great sense of color and style and that she listens and gives reasonable advice.

After they had finished, we couldn’t see where the holes had been, and the painting was top notch. They also replaced some baseboard and quarter round.
